Our multifaceted therapeutics build upon the decades of research identifying oncogenes and tumor suppressors in signaling pathways that drive uncontrolled cell proliferation in lung adenocarcinoma. Although good progress has been made in recent years with drug combinations and targeted therapies, there are still 840,000 new cases and 720,000 deaths each year worldwide.
